2021/2022 U11 DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY

As we work to implement the Hockey Canada U11 Development pathway, the start to the season will look a little different to U11 players this season. We understand this will be new, and we are asking for everyone to participate in the new elements of the season with all the usual excitement of a new hockey season, but also with an open mind. This new pathway has been developed over several years by Hockey Canada and is designed to help players develop over the long term.
As part of the Development Pathway, all players who are playing U11 Hockey (A or AA) will participate in 4 Development Skates before any evaluation/tryout skates. These skates are intended to allow players to get back on the ice at the beginning of the season in a development focused low pressure way, before participating in any tryout/evaluation skates.
Players who have registered for U11A have been assigned to a Pathway Skate group. PAMHA U11A Evaluation Skates will be scheduled after the LMHL AA Draft on Sept 27th.
